Dinner in Hardrock 11-24-2010

Today my senior Golden invited me to the casino for dinner. I was a little hesitant, because I did not want to spend the time go so far just for eat a meal, and I did not like to go to the casino. However, he said we can try the new gym near casino after dinner, and that made me want to go. Therefore, we absenced of the Church ESL classes and went to  to eat ten dollars HardRock buffet. Today the crab legswere not good, everyone says that too bad. After dinner I went to the gym, the equipment was not fine.

A suspected Thanksgiving party 11-23-2010

As usual, I went to Japanese class, my Japanese teacher dressed especially nice today. I asked her if she went on a date, she told me that Mr. Doug's family would be a party. I totally have not heard, so I wearing slippers on my feet. When Japanese class was over, I drove some friends to Mr. Doug's home for dinner. Tonight was Thanksgiving turkey dinner, but no party. There was one dish is carnberry jam, sweet and sour tastes. Mr. Doug told me that this is the traditional Thanksgiving dish. I find it tastes not good.

Chinese class still 11-22-2010

This morning I saw my cell phone battery left two units, considering I should bring the other battery or not. Then think about I may not have the opportunity to use cell phone, so I decide to trust my cell phone battery power is enough. After the afternoon classes, I went to the Chinese class. It's  heavy rain before I went to class, but I still drive to there. Today, in addition to Ming and Wendy, Woody has come, though I do not know why he came here. Sophia ordinary love me today, Ethan was sweet like usual . After class I went home and replace the battery, I found Mz. Poole has tried to contact me, so I knew the battery is very important.

Go to eat Sushi

Today, I have an appointment with  Goldren to eat sushi, the restaurant in Pensacola. It is a  Japan restaurant, but the boss is Taiwanese, so their food tastes is Taiwan style. In total we have four people, Goldren, Woody, Wendy and me. We start at noon, at first  we debate on the Taekwondo news which happen in Asian Games. I do not know about that so I did not interrupt it, anyway, I support Taiwan. After arribed everybody eat a lot, the sushi is so delicious, and the price is twelve noon. Afternoon, it was proposed to go to the beach because he has not been to, that person is me. Today, the beach is yellow flag, which meaning strong winds can surf, but no one there. Finally, drink a coffee in starbucks, we went home.

To see the premiere of Harry Potter

day, with many of my friends to go to the Harry Potter premiere, a Japanese, a Chinese, a Malaysian, three Vietnamese and three Americans. We are meeting at pm 9:00, the three Vietnamese arrived at pm 9:30, so We joked that they went to the fried rice noodles. The movie started at pm 10:10 , but everybody waiting in the line at pm 9:40. This is  my first time wait so long in Mobile. I did not see any child in the line, but I remember Harry Potter is a children's book? The movie is very good, but I don't recommand children to see that one.

Go to lunch gathing-11/17/2010

Today we had a lunch gathering, that was Woody holding, who wanted to thank teachers for pass defense. All of us went to Grand Buffet, the dish was so so. In fact we have never try this restaurant before, because the dishes were not very good. After lunch gathering we went back to school. Afternoon I went to USA for lecture courses, today's content is related to logical thinking. The speaker referred to a framework for thinking of writing, it's very interesting. Evening I went to Church for ESL classes, I thought I am really busy, so many classes a day. Today's class was very interesting, when I heard the cholera in Haiti, I felt very sad. When we told about the big fire in Shanghai , seventy-six people dead, my classmates thought I should very sad, but I feel nothing. Why I should very sad?

How to stop complain-11/16/2010

Today is a very busy day; because I have too much homework must to do. Dr. Flanagan gave us four journals on Monday and we have to read two journals and write the assignment answers for tomorrow class. When I walked with Dr. Johnson in the noon, I told him I almost can't finish the homework yesterday. He told me that if a student complained that he can't finish five of  homework, he would ask him to write ten, if the student continued to complain, he would ask him to write twenty, until the student stop complain. He is such a good teacher, really care about students, and wants students to quit the bad habits for complaining.  I really admire him, if next time I have chance, I would like to suggest the president to give him ten works to do, let he show me how to stop complain.

Rainy day-11/15/2010

Recently I don't like the rainy day, because my car have two old tires, which skid when it rains.  I already ordered two new tires in Good year, and it will be replace Thursday. I think I must to drive very careful these days.
Today, as usual, the schedule is to chick-fli-A for Chinese conversation courses. Windy and Ming go with me, so the weather is windy. Mz. Poole's two children are lovely as usual, they learned how to say "to go" in Chinese today, I find Ethan has big talent on language, and Sophia know how to dance. But she is not so love me today, I'm so sad. I am still very happy to see them, they are so cute.
